Shipping Policy

+ Processing Time: Order cut off time is 9pm CST. Package and ship your order within 1 – 2 business days. If there is a significant delay in shipping, we will notify you via email if your processing time exceeds 3 business days.

Estimated Transit Times:

Transit time begins once your package has been picked up by the carrier. The following are typical delivery estimates (not guaranteed):

  • United States: 4-8 business days (Contiguous U.S. (48 States): 4-5 business days. Alaska & Hawaii: 5-8 business days).
  • Canada: 5-12 business days
  • United Kingdom: 6-12 business days
  • Australia: 7-15 business days
  • Germany, France: 6-14 business days
  • Rest of World: 10-20+ business days (varies by location)

Note: Weather events, customs inspections, or carrier disruptions may extend delivery times.


+ Standard Shipping Cost: Shipping charges are a fixed fee per order and are calculated based on destination. This is our most economical option.

Our available shipping carriers are USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL or equivalent partners. Depending on the weight and size of the package, on your destination, service availability, we will select the right carrier to ensure delivery time.

+ Customs Duties, Taxes and Fees (International Orders)

International orders may be subject to import duties, VAT/GST or other fees imposed by the destination country. These fees are our responsibility.


+ About Late Deliveries
Most packages are delivered on time. In rare occasions, orders show up after the estimated delivery date.

Possible Reasons for Delay:

– International customs clearance.
– Incorrect shipping address.
– Harsh weather conditions.
– Lack of number of apartments, buildings, floors or apartments.
