Return/Exchange & Refund Policy

Salia Home always puts customer satisfaction first and provides customers with high quality products. We’re sorry if you are not satisfied with the product you received. We are always happy to accept returns, exchanges and refunds for customers.


CANCEL ORDER

You can cancel your order within 24 hours after placing your order successfully, read more Modify/Cancel Order. If this time has passed and the order has been shipped, please wait to receive the order and return them according to the return instructions below.


RETURN

We accept returns for all reasons (defective products or products that customers no longer need).

Timeframe and product conditions: Product is eligible for return as long as the product is in new condition, and a return request is submitted within 30 days of delivery.

Return method: We encourage customers to return items by mail.

Return label: Return labels will be sent to customers after the return request is submitted and accepted. Check your email then download and print them.

Who is responsible for returning the product?

Salia Home will provide a prepaid label for any returned item. Customers will not have to pay return shipping costs.

Restocking Fee: No restocking fee.

Steps customers need to take to return:

– Customers have request for return, please send email to us to the mailbox: support@saliahome.com with subject “Return/Refund Request” and send us the order number + photos of the product.

– We will review and provide return labels by mail. Customers need to download and print.

– Package the return product.

– Send it to us at 1301 Indigo Dr, Morton, Illinois 61550, United States. Recipient Name: Salia Home Return.

Notify when Salia Home receives the returned package?

Once we receive your return, you will receive an email notifying you that we have received your return. Depending on your address, the time to receive the return product will be different.


EXCHANGE

We accept exchanges within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is in new condition. There is no charge for the exchange. A replacement will be sent as soon as we receive notification that your returned item has been shipped.


REFUND

When will you receive your refund?

  • Once we receive the return product please allow 2 days business to process for you. All returns product will be processed through our inspection department for approval/rejection.
  • If you are approved for a refund please allow 3 business days to receive your refund once it is refunded. 
  • Your refund will be processed, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method.

Thus, the refund processing time after receiving the returned item is a maximum of 5 business days.
