Shipping Policy

Processing Time: Order cut off time is 9pm CST. Package and ship your order within 2 – 4 business days. If there is a significant delay in shipping, we will notify you via email if your processing time exceeds 4 business days.
Transit Times:
4-5 business days for US shipping.
10-25+ business days for international shipping.
Shipping costs:
We use flat shipping rate of $3.50 for shipping within US and $19.95 for international shipping. You can order as many items as you want and you’ll never pay more than the flat rate for shipping.
Shipping carriers:
Our available shipping carriers are USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL or equivalent partners. Depending on the weight and size of the package, on your destination, service availability, we will select the right carrier to ensure delivery time.
Customs Duties, Taxes and Fees (International Orders)
International orders may be subject to import duties, VAT/GST or other fees imposed by the destination country. These fees are our responsibility.
Shipping time for missing orders/change in shipping address?
Orders are missing products or change shipping address. We will process takes 2 – 4 business days
- 5-6 business days for US shipping
- 10-25 business days for international shipping
About Late Deliveries
Most packages are delivered on time. In rare occasions, orders show up after the estimated delivery date.
Possible Reasons for Delay:
– International customs clearance
– Incorrect shipping address
– Harsh weather conditions
– Lack of number of apartments, buildings, floors or apartments
